Genevieve HILTON
Sustainability and corporate affairs professional - Asia Pacific

Genevieve Hilton has worked in corporate affairs and sustainability in the Asia Pacific region since 1994. She previously led ESG and communications in Asia Pacific for Lenovo, as well as Corporate Citizenship and External Communications Asia Pacific for BASF. She launched All Rivers Public Relations in Hong Kong in 2002 and took PUBCOM Public Relations independent in 1997. Since taking a step back from the corporate world in 2022, she has become a full-time sustainability activist and writer. She is the co-author of "Fairhaven – A Novel of Climate Optimism" (Habitat Press UK:2024) and a Senior Advisor for environmental and social activist organizations, as well as co-chair of the AmCham Hong Kong Energy & ESG Committee.
Norman LOWE
Mr. Lowe is a seasoned financial services professional who has worked in both securities trading and asset/fund management area with diversified asset classes. Since Mr. Lowe took up studies in ESG and obtained his certification as a Certified ESG Analyst, he has developed his awareness towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by the United Nations. Through his mentorship for a Hong Kong-based charity HKMomtrepreneurs, he helped with the strategic direction of the charity to provide valuable skills to the Mothers who aimed to either enter the workforce again or found their business. He has also served as a judge for the Global Business Challenge organized by Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Mr. Lowe graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a bachelor' degree in Economics, and from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business with a Master's Degree in Business Administration.


Vivian SEO
Executive Director, Foundation for Shared Impact Limited
Vivian Seo is the Executive Director at Foundation for Shared Impact (FSI). At FSI, her work focuses on building and bolstering communities in the social impact ecosystem through capacity-building and sharing resources. She also actively believes and invests in youth empowerment, engaging Hong Kong’s youth through training, mentorship, internship opportunities, and more. Prior to joining FSI, Vivian worked at Goldman Sachs as a Compliance Officer after graduating from the Faculty of Business and Economics at The University of Hong Kong. She also has entrepreneurial experience in growing Gowld Art Centre, a social enterprise that focuses on art education.
Walter TSUI
Co-Founder and Executive Manager, CareER Association Limited, HK
Walter Tsui, Yu Hang graduated in 2011 from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a major in Economics and a minor in German Language. He is the co-founder and the Executive Manager of CareER Association Limited, responsible for the overall organization development for CareER. He wishes to devote the rest of his deteriorating eyesight in serving the higher educated people with disabilities and special needs.
Prior to his role in CareER, he was a HR Coordinator in L'Oreal, HR Assistant in Gammon Construction Limited for 2 years and a contract HR Assistant in Mallesons Stephen Jaques in summer 2011. During his school years, Walter was offered a summer analyst position in Goldman Sachs’ Human Capital Management Division in 2010. In 2009, he worked in UBS Community Affairs APAC as a part-time trainee.
Walter was born with both eyes visually impaired and now has less than 10% eyesight. He is dedicated to serving the disable community. In 2012, he founded mAccess, a project to promote accessible technology and provide technology training to people with disabilities. In summer 2009, he went to Germany and worked for Dialogue in the Dark Museum Frankfurt. In 2013, he founded CareER Association to develop the first charity to focus on supporting higher educated people across different types of disabilities and special needs.


​Lena WONG, CFA

Managing Director, Womentors
Lena brings with her a combined experience in finance and social impact. Graduated from Simon Fraser University, Canada with her BBA in Finance and Marketing, she started her career as a financial analyst in Hong Kong. Following that she served in number of asset management firms specializing in serving HNWI and institutional clients then she further herself by obtaining the qualification as a CFA charterholder.

With the arrival of her first child, Lena decided to invest the first few years focusing on the family and eventually landed herself into the social innovation space by founding Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs, a charity that empowers mothers through entrepeneurship. She has also later founded a new venture Womentors to build better workplaces for companies and professional women. Lena is also leading the pre career initiatives for 100 Women in Finance in Hong Kong, consulting to the HKU-UBS Sustainable and Social Innovation Leadership Programme and leading the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs in Hong Kong.

Over the years, Lena has developed strong passion in sustainability especially on gender equality and diversity & inclusion and she is very active serving herself as committee member and advisor in a number of organizations such as Flex, HK Association of Business and Professional Women, CFA Society and AIESEC. She was also nominated for Tatler’s inagurual Front & Female in 2023 and was named the finalist of Champion for Women award of AmCham’s Women of Influence in 2025.
A mother of two girls, Lena is passionate to build a more empathic world with more gratitude for our next generation. In her leisure time, she enjoys having a sip of coffee or wine with friends and is eager to learn.
